Customers have 14 days to return their goods back to us. We will refund the customer the cost of the returned items within 7 working days of recieving to goods back. All postage and packaging costs are non refundable.

Please note all returned goods must be in a resalable condition with original tags.

Like for like exchange:

If you would like to exchange goods for a different size please return items and state this in the package. Providing the item is of the same value we can process this straight away. If the goods you would like to exchange are of a higher value than the initial order the customer will have to pay the outstanding balance before we will send the exchange.

Faulty Goods:

On the very rare occasion you receive faulty goods we sincerely apologise in advance. Please contact: sales@aliencarp.com and we will correct the issue immediately.
